Bio
For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate profound healing, transformation, and personal integration. My work centers on depth-oriented psychotherapy, guiding clients beneath surface-level symptoms to the root of emotional pain, trauma, and internal conflict.
Grounded in an integrative approach, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic healing to support clients in reconnecting with their innate resilience. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned—creating a safe therapeutic space where the nervous system can settle, old wounds can be witnessed, and new patterns can emerge.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and life transitions, offering treatment that is both evidence-based and deeply embodied. Whether through parts-work, trauma reprocessing, nervous-system regulation, or somatic attunement, I help clients cultivate inner clarity, emotional freedom, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continued learning, integrating cutting-edge neuroscience with enduring therapeutic wisdom. Above all, I believe in each person’s capacity to heal, and I am honored to accompany clients on their journey toward greater authenticity, connection, and self-leadership.
