Sessions

Hi, I’m Alex  — a licensed professional counselor who supports teens and adults (ages 16 and up) as they navigate life’s ups, downs, and everything in between. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, and those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step.

My approach is grounded, practical, and compassionate. Some sessions are about building tools you can use right away; others are about deeper reflection, healing, and understanding yourself on a whole new level. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you — at your pace, in your voice.

I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and am currently pursuing my doctorate there. I tailor every session to your unique needs and goals.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll likely find me meditating, practicing yoga, listening to music, watching movies, gaming, or diving into a good book.

If you’re looking for a therapist who shows up with empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s build something meaningful together — one step at a time.
